Striped Rainbow Mugs

These mugs are wheel thrown using black clay. They are handpainted with underglazes and fired at cone 6. The interior is glazed with grey glaze. The exterior is left unglazed and therefore is matte and has the texture of the clay. The handles are also painted with underglazes and left unglazed. These are foodsafe and dishwasher safe. BLACK CLAY IS NOT MICROWAVE SAFE - if you microwave your hot drinks, these mugs are not suitable - if so, please consider the oatmeal clay mugs instead. These mugs measure approximately 3.75" tall x 3.25" wide. They hold 12-14 fluid ounces. 
As these are handmade there are variations that are the nature of the process.
